Abstract
The present Regulation enacts section 5 of the Environmental Assessment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the environmental assessment of various projects. The text consists of 17 sections divided into 9 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Industrial projects (2); Mine projects (3); Energy projects (4); Water management projects (5); Waste disposal projects (6); Food processing projects (7); Transportation projects (8); Tourist destination resort projects (9). Three Appendices are enclosed.
