Abstract
These Regulations and the Standards apply to the installation, construction, reconstruction or modification of sewage disposal systems. Standards means the Minimum Regulatory Requirements for the Selection and Construction of On-Site Sewage Disposal Systems on Prince Edward Island set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. They discipline licenses, registrationa nd permits; disposal of sludge; septic decommissioning and offences.
