Abstract
Under Regulation 2 are designated as conservation fund species for the purpose of the Fund the following species: Barn Swallow; Blanding’s Turtle; Bobolink; Butternut; Eastern Meadowlark; Eastern Whip-poor-will. The Regulations provide criteria for determination of charges; payment and refund.
