Abstract
The present Regulation enforces the Waste Diversion Act, 2002 (S.O. 2002, c. 6). ”Stewardship Ontario” develops, funds and operates Ontario’s recycling programmes for printed paper and packaging (Blue Box) and household hazardous and special waste (Orange Drop). In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the composition and functioning of the afore-mentioned “Stewardship Ontario”. The text consists of 9 sections.
