Blue Box Waste (O. Reg. 273/02).

Waste that consists of any of the following materials, or any combination of them, is prescribed as blue box waste for the purposes of the Act: 1) glass; 2) metal; 3) paper. 4) plastic. 5) textiles. Section 2 establishes that the corporation named Stewardship Ontario is continued and is designated as the “Industry funding organization for the waste diversion programme for blue box waste” approved by the Minister under section 26 of the Act.
