Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Mines and Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulation rules establishes that all royalties of Suncor's royalties shall be on a gross production. Section 5 specifies that no royalty shall be payable on any products, other than synthetic crude oil, consumed in the operations. The text consists of 9 sections et 1 Table.
