Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act and the Designated Material Recycling and Management Regulation. Section 2 establishes that tires are a designated material for the purposes of Part 9, Division 1 of the Act and the Designated Material Recycling and Management Regulation. The text consists of 6 sections.
