Tree Farm Licence Management Plan Regulation (B.C. Reg. 280/2009).

The present Regulation is made under the Forest Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the management plan for a tree farm licence referred to in section 35.2 of the afore-mentioned Act.
