Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Natural Products Act. The purpose of the Plan is to promote and regulate the marketing, production and sale of turkeys; to establish from time to time the fair or minimum price at which turkey shall be purchased by processors and to cooperate with other boards, agencies and committees set up in other provinces for the same or similar purpose. The text consisting of 15 sections – deals with the composition, nomination, functioning, powers and executive of the Turkey Board (Turkey Farmers of Nova Scotia).
