Abstract
The present Order enacts subsection 4(2) a of the Seeds Act. Section 1 establishes that the seeds of the kinds of plants set out in the Schedule are specified to be weed seeds for the purposes of the afore-mentioned Seeds Act. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Schedule.
