Abstract
This Agreement is about rights duties of Parties regarding withdrawal of water from Lake Constance. Each Party shall endeavour to take due account of legitimate interests of other riparian states. The Agreement provides, among other things for an arbitration mechanism and reparation of damage caused by withdrawal.
