Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Law on land use planning and building law of 12 May 2003. The text consists of 65 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: Building provisions (1); Land consolidation and boundary adjustment (2); Protection of landscape, cultural heritage and localities (3); Formal building right (4); Final provisions (5).
