Cantonal Forest Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Forestry Law of 25 June 1995. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the management of forests. The text consists of 54 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: Clearance of forests (I); Forest surveillance (II); Forestry buildings and facilities (III); Forests and land use planning (IV); Forestry protection measurest (V); Forest management (VI); Vocational training and further education of forestry workers (VII); Performance agreement, information and penalties (VIII); Final provisions (IX).
