Abstract
This Regulation provides for the implementation of the Federal Act on Footpaths and Hiking Trails (FWG) of October 4, 1985, as well as the Regulation on Footpaths and Hiking Trails (FWV) of November 26, 1986. This Regulation contains 16 and is designed in 7 Parts and provides for cantonal sub-plan for footpaths and hiking trails; cantonal office for footpaths and hiking trails; requirements for the cantonal footpath and hiking trail network; involvement of private professional organizations; and responsibility and funding.
