Abstract
The present Decree enforces the Energy Law of 9 March 1993 of the Canton Aargau. In particular, the Decree lays down provisions relating to the establishment, powers and management structure of the «AEW Energie AG». The text consists of 6 articles as follows: General provisions (1); Mandatory tasks (2); Specific tasks (3); Surveillance (4); Repeal (5); Publication and entry into force (6).
