Abstract
The present Law lays down provisions relating to energy. The Law promotes a rational, sufficient and economic energy supply and a sparing energy use ensuring protection for human beings and the environment. In particular, the local renewable energy production shall be promoted. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Cantonal measures (II); Execution (III); Penalties (IV).
