Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Energy Law of 16 September 2009. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Cantonal Law. The text consists of 38 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Organization (I); General provisions (II); Requirements for insulation in buildings (III); Requirements for building services (IV); Promotion measures (V); Final provisions (VI). Twelve Annexes are enclosed.
