Abstract
The present Decision enforces the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Act on protection of waters (Implementing Water Protection Law) of 25 April 1993 and the Ordinance relating to the Introductory Law implementing the Federal Act on protection of waters (Implementing Water Protection Ordinance) of 25 October 1993. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Competences (I); Cantonal livestock guidelines (II); Structural water protection (III); Fertilizer supply contract (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V). One Annex is enclosed.
