Abstract
The present Decision lays down provisions relating to waste management in the Canton Appenzell Innerrhoden. Article 2 establishes that the Construction and Environment Office is responsible for the execution of provisions on waste management. Article 3 specifies that this Office shall provide a hygienic and environmentally sound waste collection in general, and a sound recycling and disposal of municipal waste in particular. The text consists of 16 articles.
