Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Ordinance on protection of hunting and game of 12 March 1991. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the compensation of damage caused by wild game. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 4 chapters as follows: Prevention of damage caused by game (I); Compensation in view of damage caused by wild game (II); Proceedings (III); Legal protection (IV); Final provisions (V).
