Abstract
This regulation establishes rules for electronic land registration in line with federal ordinances, ensuring public access to land register data and authorizing the land registry office to maintain auxiliary registers. Property transactions, except minor acquisitions, are published in the official gazette. The government may initiate a public rectification process to review and update property rights, requiring affected owners to provide necessary documents. The land registry office compiles a revised record of valid and obsolete encumbrances, which may include updated maps, and issues the revised records through formal decisions. Appeals can be made within 20 days, and if rejected, owners have three months to contest the decision in civil court. The regulation consists of 19 Articles divided into four Parts: General provisions (1), Creation and maintenance of the land register (2), Public rectification procedure (3), and Transitional and final provisions (4).
