Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Agreement of 10 September 1993 by the Commission for the Zürichsee, Linthkanal and Walensee between the Cantons Zürich, Schwyz, Glarus and St. Gallen on fishing in the Lake Zürich, Linthkanal and Walensee. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to fishing in the Linthkanal. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Fishing rights (2); Authorized gear (3); Closes season (4); Right and obligations of entitled persons (5); Supervision and management (6); Final provisions (7).
