Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to noise pollution. It regulates the implementation of federal legislation on the subject. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the maximum limits of noise coming from constructions. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Completion of federal legislation (II); Noise complaints and relevant procedures (III); Noise from constructions (IV); Organization (V); Transitional and final provisions (VI).
