Abstract
The present Ordinance is made under the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Acts on agriculture, rural soil and agricultural lease. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the promotion of agricultural structure improvement through investment aid in the form of contributions and investment loans and accompanying social measures by operating aid in the form of interest-free loans. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Subject matter and sphere of application (1); Competences (2); General provisions (3); Structural improvements contributions (3); Transitional provisions (5).
