Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Decree on protection of nature and landscape of 7 July 1993. Article 1 establishes that the Construction, Transport and Environment Office shall make available financial contributions for the protection of biotopes and compensation payments for other protective measures. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex.
