Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to environmental impact assessment. Article 1 establishes that the environmental impact assessment according to Article 10a of the Federal Environment Protection Act is carried out by the authority supervising the project. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions, competence (I); Special procedural provisions (II); Transitional and final provisions (III).
