The present Ordinance implements the Law on the exploitation of public waters. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: Competence (I); Public groundwaters (II); Exploitation of public waters (III); Authorization procedures (IV); Protection of public waters (V); Contribution by the State (VI); Expropriation (VII); Execution (VIII); Final provisions (IX).
