Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Law on the exploitation of waterbodies of 5 December 1960. Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that the extraction of any material from public water beds is subject to an authorization to be granted only if there shall be no damage or danger to the waters. The text consists of 12 articles.
