Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the federal legislation relating to moorland zones. Article 1 establishes that especially valuable landscapes shall be put under the protection of the Canton to secure their protection against undesirable interventions. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Protected areas (I); Provisions relating to the establishment of zones (II); Execution and proceedings (III); Final provisions (IV).
