Ordinance on protection against noise.

The present Ordinance implements the Ordinance of 15 December 1986 on noise protection. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Vehicles, movable utensils and machines (II); New and modified stationary plants (III); Existing stationary implants (IV); Licensing and construction authorization in noisy areas (V); Noise protection in new buildings (VI); Investigation and assessment criteria of noise emission in stationary implants (VII); Sound and Laser Ordinance (VIII); Federal Act on reduction of train noise (IX); Final provisions (X).
