Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Forestry Act of 4 October 1991. Article 1 establishes that the Building and Environment Office – in particular the Forest and Nature Department - shall be designed as competent authority in the Canton of Glarus in view of the implementation of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 3 articles.
