Abstract
The present Ordinance is made under the Introductory Law of 4 May 1980 relating to the Federal Inland Navigation Act (Cantonal Navigation Law) and the Law of 1 May 1977 on taxation of watercraft re. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Cantonal Laws. The text consists of 4 articles.
