Ordinance relating to the Law on the implementation of the Federal Animal Protection Act.

The present Ordinance enforces the Law on the implementation of the Federal Animal Protection Law of 10 February 1978. In particular, the Law sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Cantonal Law. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: Organization and competences (I); Animal keepers (II); Custody, trade and publicity (III); Experiments on animals (IV); Register of control (V); Sports competition (VI); Society for the Protection of Animals (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
