Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Law of 10 January 1918 implementing the Federal Act on exploitation of hydropower. In particular, the purpose of the Ordinance is the correction and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 4 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Establishment of hydropower plants on private waters and commercial ponds (I); Application for granting of water rights (II); Publications of water projects of the public administration (III).
