Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Population Protection Law of 13 September 2004. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Cantonal Law. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Management of special and extraordinary situations (II); Inspection management, civil protection obligation (III); Vocational training (IV); Warning, alerting and information (V); Financing (VI) Entry into force (VII).
