This Regulation outlines the criteria for environmentally-friendly means of transportation. These regulations are applicable to all land-based vehicles, except for public transportation vehicles and services. Article 4 provides on the proportion of low-emission, climate-friendly, and resource-efficient vehicles in the total travel performance of motorized individual traffic outside of high-performance roads. The government council periodically adjusts the definition of environmentally friendly modes of transportation.
