Abstract
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the Forestry Commission. The Commission: a) ensures that private forest owners pay adequate contribution to the Canton; b) forests are marked and measured properly; c) oversees the legal replacement or restriction of servitudes; d) manages felling of trees and authorizes cutting areas. The text consists of 23 articles.
