Abstract
The present Regulation lays down provisions concerning the organization and implementation of the Federal Environment Act of . In particular, it establishes the specific competences of the various entities dealing with the subject matter. The text consists of 38 articles divided into 3 chapters as follows: General provisions (1). This Part deals with purpose and sphere of application, general competences, the Environment Protection Office; Special provisions (2). This chapter concerns environmental assessment impact, publication of the environmental report, cases of special disturbance, cantonal police, substances harmful to the environment, waste disposal and waste from beverages packaging, harmful substances in the soil, air pollution, protection against noise. Final and transitional provisions (3).
