Abstract
The present Schedule of fees implements the Law of 11 February 2009 on Industrial Plants Basel. In particular, the Schedule lays down provisions relating to the charging of fees for acceptance of waste to be incinerate in appropriate waste incineration facilities. The text consists of 5 articles.
