Water Exploitation Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Water Exploitation Law of 11 March 2008. The Construction, Traffic and Environment Office is responsible is entrusted with the execution of the afore-mentioned Law. This Office shall run a data-base concerning water resources. The text - consisting of 9 articles - deals with the following matters: concessions in general, duration of concession, issue of new concessions for small hydropower stations, limitation of exploitation for surface waters.
