Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Waterworks Law of 17 May 2009. Article 1 establishes that the Building Office is the competent authority in the Canton to supervise all waterworks. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Maintenance of waters (II); Land use planning measures (III); Waterworks (IV); Financing (V); Special provisions (VI); Final provisions (VII).
