Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Waterworks Law of 31 May 2001. Article 1 establishes that the Executive Council shall establish which principles are important for the protection against natural disasters, such as risk cadastre and risk maps. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 3 chapters as follows: Procedural matters (1); Charges, water charges and compensations (2); Transitional and final provisions (3).
