Abstract
This Law is designed to achieve several objectives, including the protection of migratory mammals and bird species, the safeguarding of their habitats, the establishment of sustainable hunting practices, the conservation of robust wildlife populations, and the consideration of nature conservation, forestry, and agricultural interests in the context of climate-related changes. Furthermore, it provides details on the creation of a hunting organization and defines the species and habitats that are protected. Part 4 of the Law outlines regulations pertaining to hunting, including the issuance of hunting permits, and rules for hunting activities. The text further outlines for wildlife damage compensation, legal recourse, and violations. The text consists of 42 Articles.
