Abstract
These Regulations amend the Marine Resources (Aitutaki and Manuae Bonefish Fishery) Regulations 2010 in the Aitutaki and Manuae Bonefish Fishery Management Plan 2010 provided in the Schedule to those Regulations. The Plan is amended in Regulation 7a (Principal Ways to Achieve Objectives), Regulation 17 (Bonefish Fishing Permit), Schedule 5 (Fees) and Schedule 6 (Designated Areas for Use). Regulation 11 (Aitutaki and Manuae Bonefish Management Committee and its function) is deleted.
