Abstract
These Regulations inserts Regulation 10(3A) to the Principal Regulations regarding the issuance of vessel license on behalf of the Cook Islands by the Administrator of a multilateral treaty to which the Cook Islands is a party, and the application process and fees as agreed in or under that treaty and any related agreements.
