Administrative Measures for Animal Clinics.

These Measures aim at strengthening the administration of animal clinics, regulating the animal clinical activities, and protecting the public health safety. The Measures consist of 40 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Clinic License (II); Management of Clinical Activities (III); Penalties (IV); Supplementary Provisions(V).
The Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of animal clinics throughout the country. The institution engaging in animal clinical activities shall obtain an animal clinic license and conduct animal clinical activities within the prescribed scope of clinical activities. The animal clinics to be established shall meet the conditions prescribed in Article 5.
