These Measures aim to regulate the registration management of small food workshops in the region.
Small food workshops shall meet the basic conditions set by laws and regulations, obtain a Business License in accordance with the law, and be approved and registered by the local food safety supervision and management department of the people's government, and obtain the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Food Production and Business Operation Registration Certificate before engaging in food production and business operation activities. Food small workshops are responsible for the safety of the food they produce. The food produced by small food workshops should comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and national food safety standards, and meet the requirements of nutrition, health, and safety. Small food workshops are also required to maintain clean and safe production environments, conduct self inspections before production, and adhere to packaging, storage, and transportation guidelines to prevent contamination. Local government food safety supervision departments are tasked with monitoring and inspecting small food workshops regularly, maintaining records of inspections, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The measures also emphasize the importance of electronic registration and encourage online registration processes for small food workshops.
