Abstract
The Measures are enacted in accordance with the Energy Conservation Law, aiming to strengthen the supervision and administration of energy measurement, promote energy conservation and emission reduction. The Text consists of 23 Articles.
The Measures provide for the rules and requiremtns for energy measurement implementation,supervision and administration thereof, and offences and penalties. The State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine is the national energy measurement competent authority.
