Abstract
These Provisions are enacted to strengthen the administration of the registration of the overseas food production enterprises of imported foods. The Provisions consist of 28 Articles.
The Provisions provide for the conditions, procedures and requirements to be satisfied by the registration of overseas food production enterprises of imported foods.
In addition, the Provisions provide for supervision and legal liabilities.
