Abstract
This Announcement was enacted according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environment Pollution Caused by Solid Wastes, and the Measures for the Management of the Import of Solid Wastes.
The solid waste which are permitted by the State shall be imported from the entry ports listed in the Catalogue of Entry Ports of the Solid Wastes under Import Restrictions (see the Annex). The Announcement No. 40 of 2013 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the General Administration of Customs will be repealed at the same time.
